Mr. David Glavonjic – Chairman
David Glavonjic is Managing Director of D&K Ventures Pty Ltd, a privately held consulting company specialising in business reconstruction, funding and strategy development. David also provides executive services to Harris Digital 3D as CEO leading the commercialisation of their 3D display technology.
David is a proven senior executive with in excess of 20 years at the CEO level in various companies. He has established a reputation for creating profitable new ventures from start-up and is well known for successes in field of e-Commerce (AT&T EasyLink Services Australia P/L) and also in Information Technology and tele-communications more generally (Vice President, Messaging Services AT&T Asia Pacific and CEO/MD for AAPT/ Connect Internet Solutions P/L). He has an extensive track record in developing strong business strategies and executing to plan. As a qualified accountant David brings a high level of numeracy to the CEO role. He has a proven record in closing large deals and experience in taking companies to market via the NSXA and the ASX as well as board experience in both domains. David is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Nicholas Plowman – Executive Director
Mr. Plowman was a founding investor in Typhoon and became CEO in January 2003. Prior to his involvement with the company Nicholas was based in Hong Kong, during which time he worked for the US sports network ESPN, the World Sports Group, and Frontiers Capital. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University.
Mr. Paul Oneile – Non-Executive Director
Mr. Oneile (B.Ec) served as Chief Executive Officer of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. from December 1, 2003 to December 31, 2008 and served as its Managing Director until December 31, 2008. Paul served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, United International Pictures (UIP) and former Managing Director of The Greater Union Organisation Pty. Limited; Non-Executive Director of Vue Entertainment Holdings Limited and Film Finance Corporation Australia Limited. He served as a Director of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. from June 22, 2004 to September 29, 2008.
Mr. Neil Mitchell-Clark – Non-Executive Director
Neil has 20 years experience working in senior executive and CFO roles providing fiscal and strategic leadership to both listed and larger private companies. He has worked across a broad spectrum of sectors with B2B service based businesses, including commercial real estate, print, warehousing and logistics, equipment financing, recruitment and media.
Prior to this he spent 15 years working with Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand in the UK, The Netherlands and Australia, where he led the provision of audit and management consulting services for some of the firm's flagship clients.
Neil has extensive experience in implementing and managing all aspects of fiscal management, and governance processes, whilst providing financial and strategic leadership for businesses such as Knight Frank, Julia Ross Recruitment and Thorn-EMI (Radio Rentals). He has led some thirty eight acquisitions and numerous capital raisings including three IPO’s.
Each of Neil's roles has been characterised by working with visionary owners and CEOs to initiate and drive the change necessary to unlock value for stakeholders.
Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and a member of the AICD.
